I have a confession to make. I love Pea Shoots. They are delicious. I recently acquired a love for them after heading into Trader Joes, looking for something different. I usually get alfalfa sprouts but I decided to step out of the box.. I know- crazy! Little did I know that they were going to be so deliciously wonderful! Currently I've been having them on sandwiches with hummus and various other veggies and also...on everything else. I also added a recipe for you to enjoy on the recipe page.
